Ordered, That notwithstanding Senate Rule 12 or any other rule to the contrary, until such time as permanent committees are appointed, there shall be a temporary committee on Ways and Means and a temporary committee on Bills in the Third Reading. The membership of each temporary committee created by this order shall consist of the same members on the committees in the 193rd General Court.
