An Act relative to deer open hunting season.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 5 of Chapter 131 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition is hereby amended by adding at the end the following language:-

The time period for deer open hunting season by means of a primitive firearm as defined under this chapter or under 321 CMR 3.00(4)(b)4 shall extend from beginning the third Monday after Thanksgiving and ending on January 1 of the following year, all days inclusive.
