The department of public health, in consultation with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, shall develop, to the extent necessary, warning notices regarding the impacts of drinking water fluoridation, for distribution in an appropriate manner to customers of public water suppliers who supply water that contains fluoride.
Such notices shall be clear and understandable, and based on the best science and public health research and analysis at the time of their development.
Said notices, to the extent they are developed, shall be provided to such public water suppliers for distribution in a manner and form prescribed by the department.
