An Act to remove the 10 MW net metering cap on each municipality.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Subsection (f) of section 139 of chapter 164 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “The maximum amount of generating capacity eligible for net metering by a municipality or other governmental entity shall be 10 megawatts.”
