An Act relative to black powder for hunters and re-enactors.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 45 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024 as appearing is hereby amended by inserting at the end of subsection (a) the following:-- "(iv) a resident or nonresident for the carrying or possession of ammunition for an antique firearm as defined in section 121 of Chapter 140 including black powder, or a black powder substitutes, and related ammunition components."
