Rosenberg and others relative to coordinating the availability of transit services to employees of existing and expanding businesses by the Massachusetts Office of Business Development.  Economic Development and Emerging Technologies.

An Act relative to transit.


              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

              SECTION 1.  Section 2 of Chapter 23A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the following new subsection:

              (g) to coordinate with the MBTA and the regional transit authorities to insure transit services are available to employees of existing and expanding businesses throughout the Commonwealth.
