An Act relative to membership in certain retirement and pension systems.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 3(g) of chapter 32, as most recently amended by section 62 of chapter 139 of the acts of 2012, is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 245 through 246 inclusive, the following words:- chief court officer, assistant chief court officer or court officer.

              SECTION 2.  Section 3(g) of chapter 32, as most recently amended by section 62 of chapter 139 of the acts of 2012, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “supervisor”, in line 295, the following words:- employees of the trial court of the commonwealth who hold the position of chief court officer, assistant chief court officer or court officer.
