An Act authorizing the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance to lease a certain parcel of land in the city of Boston.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              The division of capital asset management and maintenance, in accordance with section 279A of chapter 149 of the acts of 2004, inserted by chapter 495 of the acts of 2004, and Chapter 128 of the Acts of 2005, and subject to the approval of the department of conservation and recreation, may lease to Community Rowing, Inc. a parcel of land for the expansion of its current operation of a public access rowing program. This parcel of land is more particularly described on a plan entitled “Plan Showing Lease Area For Community Rowing", revised 06-21-2012, and prepared by Harry R. Feldman, Inc. The commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance may make minor revisions to this plan for the parcel of land, and may sign the lease without any further approval of the general court but subject to all other provisions of said section 279A.
