An Act relative to tuition and fee waivers for armed forces reserves .
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 19 of Chapter 15A is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 14-15 “Massachusetts National Guard members” and inserting in place thereof the following words “Massachusetts residents serving in the National Guard or Armed Forces Reserve”.

              Said section 19 is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “members” in line 17 the words “and Massachusetts residents serving in the Armed Forces Reserve”.
