An Act relative to the assignment of counsel for judges.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of Chapter 211 C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 official edition, and the Rules on the Commission for Judicial Conduct, Rule 60 is hereby stricken and the following sentence is inserted:-

              The Judge shall be represented by the Attorney General for the Commonwealth, and if the Judge chooses to employ his own attorney it shall be at his own expense.
