The parcel is located off Fort Hill street and contains approximately 3.21 acres, being a portion of a parcel acquired by the town of Hingham from the United States Department of the Interior by deed dated May 12, 1972. SECTION 2. In consideration for the change of use authorized in section 1, the town of Hingham shall dedicate a parcel of land for park and recreation purposes that is currently held for general municipal use.
