In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act relative to the sales tax.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Sections 53, 56, 57, and 59 of chapter 27 of the acts of 2009 are hereby repealed.

              SECTION 2. Section 1 shall be effective July 1, 2012.
