An Act relative to collective bargaining and the police career incentive pay program.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 7 of chapter 150E of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 24 of chapter 359 of the acts of 2010, is hereby further amended by inserting in subsection (d) after clause (e) the following new clause:

              (e 1/2) section one hundred and eight L of chapter forty-one;
