[Sponsors] Ms. Coakley-Rivera of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7003-0702, in line 1, by inserting after the word “development” the following:-  “; provided that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Latino Chamber of Commerce in Springfield”.
