[Sponsors] Ms. Campbell of Methuen  moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1410-0250, by adding after the word “services” the following: “; provided that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Veterans Northeast Outreach Center’s homeless veteran voucher program”
