ABCC Amendment

[Sponsors] Mr. Fallon of Malden moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

Section XX.  Section 1.  Section 67 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws is hereby amended in paragraph 1, line 6, after the word “same,” by adding the following:  “or in decreasing, or refusing to grant an increase in, the hours of sale,”

Section 2.  Section 67 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws is hereby amended in paragraph 7, line 59, after the word “applicant,” by adding the following:  “or in decreasing, or refusing to grant an increase in, the hours of sale,”
