Enrollment Audits

[Sponsors] Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill in Section 46, in line 431, by inserting the following paragraph at the end thereof:

Section XX(a) An appropriate public authority which has undertaken to provide health insurance coverage to its subscribers by acceptance of any section of this chapter shall conduct an enrollment audit not less than once every two years.  Said enrollment audit shall be completed in order to ensure that members are appropriately eligible for coverage.
