Historical Data Claims

[Sponsors] Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill in Section 46, in line 415, by inserting after the seventh paragraph the following:

Upon the written request of an appropriate public authority that has undertaken to provide health insurance coverage to its subscribers by acceptance of section 19 or 22 of this chapter, the commission shall provide the governmental unit with its historical claims data within 45 days of such request.
