Joint Purchasing Groups

[Sponsors] Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill in line 431, by adding the following new section:

Section XX Section 2 of chapter 32B of the General laws is hereby amended in line 5 after the word “and” by adding the following phrase:

“ joint purchasing groups established pursuant to section 12 of this chapter, and”
