[Sponsors] REPRESENTATIVE DONATO of MEDFORD, moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4800-1400, by adding the following: “;provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for a domestic violence prevention program called ‘Teens-At-Risk’, operated by Portal To Hope for the communities of Everett, Lynn, Malden, Medford and Winthrop without the need of approval by the commissioner of public health;”
