Protecting Small Business Clerks From Criminalization

[Sponsors] Mr. Sciortino of Medford moves to amend the bill in section 26 by striking the words “2 sections” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “section”; by striking section 5I as proposed to be inserted in chapter 18 of the General Laws by said section 26; and by deleting the words “Section 5J” and inserting in lieu thereof the words  “Section 5I”.
