Amendment #245 to H3400

Prison Mitigation Funds

[Sponsors] Representatives Benson of Lunenburg, D’Emilia of Bridgewater, Atkins of Concord, O’Day of West Boylston, Khan of Newton, Bastien of Gardner, and Naughton of Clinton move that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 8900-0001, in line 1, by inserting after “the department of correction” the words “; provided that the department shall expend not less than $1,010,500 for cities and towns hosting facilities”; and in said item by striking out the figure “519,443,025” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$520,453,525”
