Maintenance of Medical Security Program

[Sponsors] Mr. Fresolo of Worcester moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new section:

SECTION XXX Section 14G of chapter 151A of the General Laws, as amended by Chapter 9 of the acts of 2011, is hereby amended by striking words:- “or state authority” in line 208.
