Amendment to Reimburse Communities Affected by RGGI

[Sponsors] Mr. Keenan of Salem moves that the bill be amended by adding at the end thereof the following section:

Section xxx.  Section 1.  Section 114 of chapter 169 of the Acts of 2008 is hereby amended by

striking out the number "2011" and inserting in place thereof the following number:- 2021
