Amendment #321 to H3400

Health Care Center Technical Assistance

[Sponsors] Representatives Timilty of Milton and Collins of South Boston move to amend House Bill 3400 in line item 4510-0110 by adding after the word “services” the following:

“not less than $250,000 shall be expended on a statewide program of technical assistance to community health centers to be provided by a state primary care association qualified under Section 330(f)(1) of the United States Public Health Service Act at 42 USC 254c(f)(1).”
