MRB IT Costs

[Sponsors] Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves to amend Section 2 of the bill in line item 1595-6379, by inserting after the words “General Laws;” the following:- “provided further, that, of the amount expended for the operation of the motor vehicle insurance merit rating board, an amount not less than $300,000 shall be provided to the executive office of public safety and security for the costs of personnel and services associated with the maintenance and use of registry information technology for criminal justice purposes;”
