Amendment #368 to H3400

[Sponsors] Representatives O’Connell of Taunton, Jones of North Reading, Poirier of North Attleboro, Adams of Andover, Boldyga of Southwick, Kuros of Uxbridge, Ross of Attleboro, Smola of Palmer,  Humason of Westfield, Levy of Marlborough, Gifford of Wareham and Webster of Hanson move that the bill be amended by inserting, after section XX, the following section:

“SECTION XX:  Section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in lines 87 to 92, the second sentence of the eighteenth clause.”.
