Framingham New Beginnings

[Sponsors] Mr. Sannicandro of Ashland moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 4512-0103, by adding the following:

“; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the New Beginnings program in the town of Framingham.”
