Rogers Amendment - Office of Child Advocate

[Sponsors] Representatives Rogers of Norwood and Khan of Newton move to amend the bill by inserting after section 111 the following section:

“SECTION ##. M.G.L. Ch. 18C, sec 6, line 3 is amended and clarified in line 3 by striking after the word and, the word, relevant, and replacing it with the following, unrestricted access to all electronic information systems.”.
