[Sponsors] Representative Demetrius J. Atsalis of West Hyannisport moves to amend the bill in section 2 , in item 4512-0500, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“; and provided further, that funds shall be expended for the Forsyth Institute’s Center for Children’s Oral Health”
