Clarifying Fund Distribution

[Sponsors] Mr. Curran of Springfield and Mr. Puppolo of Wilbraham moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new section: Section XX: ppSection 108 L of Chapter 41 as it appears in the 2008 official edition, is herby amended in line 33 by inserting after the word education, the following new words: “through the unrestricted general government aid section of the budget.”
