Restaurant Rejuvenation

[Sponsors] Mr. Michlewitz of Boston move to amend the bill by adding the following sections:

Section XX. Chapter 305 of the Acts of 2008 are amended in Section 14, subsection2 (1)(c) by adding after the word "setting" the words "or a restaurant licensed pursuant to Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws"
