Watertown Dock

[Sponsors] Mr. Hecht of Watertown moves to amend the bill in Section 2 in line-item 2810-0100 by adding the following: “provided further, the department shall expend up to $95,568 from funds obligated to the commonwealth on November 15, 2010 by the federal emergency management agency to design a replacement for the dock and connecting pier on the Charles River downstream from the Galen Street Bridge.”
