Year Up

[Sponsors] Mr. Walsh of Boston and Representatives Atkins of Concord, Henriquez of Boston, Collins of Boston, Vallee of Franklin, Fox of Boston, and Forry of Boston move that the bill be amended by inserting, in item 7003-0702, at the end thereof the following:-

“; provided that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to provide employment, training and job placement by Year Up, Inc.”
