Office of Health Equity

[Sponsors] Representatives Rushing of Boston, Sánchez of Boston, Malia of Boston, Provost of Somerville, Fox of Boston, Kaufman of Lexington, and Khan of Newton move that the bill be amended in Section 2 in line item 4000-0300, in line 26, by inserting after the words “of adequate quality”:

“provided further, that funds may be expended for the operation of the office of health equity within the executive office of health and human services.”
