Charter Tuition Reimbursement

[Sponsors] Representative Benson of Lunenburg moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 7061-9010, by adding the following: “; and provided further, that the Department may retain not more than one percent of tuition payments to charter schools for the administration of the charter school program.”
