Amendment #440 to H3400

School-Based Preventive Oral Health Care

[Sponsors] Representative Demetrius J. Atsalis of West Hyannisport moves to amend the bill, in item 4512-0500, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“; and provided further, that funds shall be expended for school-based preventive oral health care, including dental examinations, to children in Boston, Lynn, and on the Cape and Islands, so long as such care is provided by a non-profit entity affiliated with an academic research and educational institution in Cambridge”
