MBTA Construction Manager at Risk

[Sponsors] Representative Straus of Mattapoisett moves to amend the bill by adding the following sections:

SECTION XX.  Section 4(d) of chapter 149A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting “Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority” after the “Massachusetts Port Authority” in the first sentence.

SECTION XX.  Section 16(d) of chapter 149A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting “Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority” after the “Massachusetts Highway Department” in the first sentence.
