Regional School District Funding

[Sponsors] Representative Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill by inserting after SECTION 111 the following section:

SECTION XX.   Section 6 of chapter 70 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting in line 26 after the word “year” the following words:

“provided that said increase is not more than 10 percent from the previous fiscal year”
