Amendment #457 to H3400

Local Aid Re-imbursement for Voluntary Participation in the GIC

[Sponsors] Representatives Brodeur of Melrose, Ehrlich of Marblehead, Linsky of Natick, Smizik of Brookline, Wong of Saugus, Murphy of Weymouth, and Hecht of Watertown move that the bill be amended by adding the following section:-

SECTION 3(A) Notwithstanding any or special law to the contrary, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012, the sum of $2,992,689 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund for the purpose of re-imbursement to the following cities and towns for participation in the group insurance commission.
