Environmental Trust Fund

[Sponsors] Representative Straus of Mattapoisett moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

Section:-  Section 7(a) of Chapter 236 of the Acts of 1988 is amended by adding at the end of the fourth sentence the following:

“Provided, however, that any monies or interest thereon received by the Trust Fund pursuant to section 287 of Chapter 110 of the Acts of 1993 shall be subject to appropriation.”
