[Sponsors] Mr. Michlewitz of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2 in line item 1595-6368 by striking out the figure "$180,126,756" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$180,276,756"; also by inserting after the words 'General Laws" the following:"Provided further, that no less than $150,000 to the Boston Transportation Department for an independent study of existing traffic circulation patterns within the North End neighborhood of the City of Boston to determine what if any changes could be made in an effort to increase the safety of all users of that road way network."
