Rogers Amendment

[Sponsors] Representatives Rogers of Norwood, Kafka of Stoughton, McMurtry of Dedham, and Winslow of Norfolk move to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section:

Section ## Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the department shall report to the House and Senate Committees on Ways and Means on or before January 1, 2012 relative to the feasibility of the department to be consistent with 8900-0001 of section 2 of Chapter 61 of the Acts of 2007 relative to MCI-Cedar Junction.
