[Sponsors] Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0250, by adding the following:-

“provided further that programs funded in this item in section 2 of chapter 131 of the Acts of 2010 shall be funded in fiscal year 2012.”
