[Sponsors] Representative Garlick of Needham moves to amend the bill in line item 7008-1000 by inserting the following language:-

"provided further that funds shall be appropriated for the design of a streetscape project in the town of Needham."

and in the same line item, by striking the figure "$1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure "$1,000,075"
