[Sponsors] Mr. Fennell of Lynn moves to amend the bill in item 1410-0250  in line 27 by inserting after the word “services” the following:-

“provided further that the department shall not reduce the amount allocated to a program or its successor in section 2 of chapter 27 of the acts of 2009”
