Walsh of Framingham, Lewis of Winchester, Toomey of Cambridge, and Kane of Holyoke move that the bill be amended in section 2 in line-item 7003-0702 by striking “For grants to be administered by the department of workforce development” and replacing it with “For the Massachusetts Service Alliance to administer State Service Corps grants and provide training and support to volunteer and service organizations.”
