Rogers Amendment

[Sponsors] Mr. Rogers of Norwood moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section:

Section ## Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the appropriations for FY 2012 shall not be less than the appropriations made available pursuant to section 2 of Chapter 131 of the Acts of 2010:

0320-0003, 0320-0010, 0321-0100, 0321-0001, 3021-2100, 0322-0100, 0330-0100, 0330-0300, 0330-3334, 0330-3337, 0331-0100, 0332-0100, 0333-0002, 0334-0001, 0335-0001, 0336-0002, 0337-0002.
