Emergency fund for seawalls

[Sponsors] Representative Cantwell of Marshfield moves to amend the bill in item 2810-0100, in line 21, by inserting after the word “park” the following:-

“; provided further, that not less $2 million be expended for emergency repairs for seawalls that were damaged during the fiscal year 2011”; and in said item, by striking out, in line 21, the figures “$40,850,075” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$42,850,075”.
