Amendment #55 to H3400

An Act relative to expanding the septic system tax credit.

[Sponsors] Mr. Barrows of Mansfield moves to amend the bill by inserting, after section XX, the following sections:

“SECTION XX. Part (i), section 6, chapter 62, of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapter 454 of the acts of 2010, is hereby amended by inserting, in the first sentence,  before the phrase ‘credit equal to 40 per cent of expenditures’, the word ‘refundable’

SECTION XX: Part (i), section 6, chapter 62, of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapter 454 of the acts of 2010, is hereby amended by striking, in the first sentence, the word ‘failed’

SECTION XX: Part (i), section 6, chapter 62, of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapter 454 of the acts of 2010, is hereby amended, in the second sentence by striking the word ‘five’ and inserting in place thereof the word ‘ten’”.
